Synopsis

Holly arrives in Enchantia just in time for the christening of Cinderella's baby.  But one of the gifts isn't all that it seems.  The Royal Family are so busy looking out for a cursed spinning wheel, that they haven't seen the danger right in fron of them...

About the Author

Darcey Bussell is a world famous Prima Ballerina.  She joined the Royal Ballet School when she was 13 and, despite starting later than most of the other students, became a Principal of the Royal Ballet at just 19, at the same time the youngets ballerina ever to be given this honour.  Darcey received both the OBE and CBE awards during her time with the Royal Ballet, and since officially retiring in 2007 she has teamed up with Katherine Jenkins in the phenomenally successful Viva la Diva.  She is married with two daughters.

Review

This is the fifteenth book in the Magic Ballerina series - and the third book about Holly's magical adventures in Enchantia.

I feel sad for Holly because she can't be with her parents and has to live with her aunt and uncle instead.  But she has made some good friends both in the real world and in Enchantia.

Holly spends a lot of time at the beginning of the book daydreaming instead of concentrating on her ballet class but thanks to her experience in Enchantia, she learns that if she concentrates she dances beautifully.

The breathing exercises at the back of the book remind me of doing yoga.
